Shell Retail China
Rebecca is responsible for the design and execution of Shell’s retail strategy for China, working with Shells joint venture partners and wholly owned companies to provide customers with access to sites in convenient locations, high quality products and superior services. She is a member of the Shell Retail Leadership Team as well as a member of the Shell China Country Coordination Team. In Rebecca’s leadership, Shell operates the largest retail network among IOCs in China, with over 1350 Shell branded stations serving customers in 3 municipalities, 9 provinces and Hongkong and Macau SARs (Special Administration Regions)
Prior to Shell, Rebecca had more than 20 years of experience in managing manufacturing as well as business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales operations in the Asia Pacific construction industry. Prior to joining Shell, she held the role of Regional Marketing Director, Building Innovations, Asia Pacific at DuPont. In this position, Rebecca led strategic marketing for a diverse portfolio of building products including decorative surfaces, weatherization and geotextile membrane.
Rebecca has a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is Six Sigma certified.
